Washington Crash Cases

Car & Motorcycle Crashes in Washington

When a crash turns your life upside down, you need a lawyer who prepares to fight — not one who pushes you toward a quick settlement.

What these cases involve

Vehicle crashes — whether on a Seattle freeway, a rural highway, or a mountain pass — can cause serious, lasting injuries. The aftermath is often chaotic: medical appointments, missed work, insurance calls, and pressure to resolve things quickly.

PNW Injury Law handles claims involving car crashes, motorcycle crashes, and other vehicle collisions across Washington State. Frank represents people who were hurt through no fault of their own and who deserve more than a lowball settlement.

The approach

Trial preparation from day one

Frank prepares every crash case as if it will go before a jury. That means thorough investigation, careful documentation, and building the strongest possible record of what happened and how it affected your life.

Insurance companies know which lawyers are ready to go to trial and which ones aren't. When you're represented by someone who prepares to fight, the other side takes your case more seriously.

After a crash

What to do after a crash

01

Get medical attention

Your health comes first. See a doctor even if you feel okay — some injuries aren't immediately obvious.

02

Document everything you can

Photos of the scene, vehicle damage, and your injuries. Names and contact information of witnesses. The police report number.

03

Be careful with insurance contacts

You're not required to give a recorded statement to the other driver's insurance company. Speak with a lawyer before you do.

04

Talk to a lawyer before you settle

Once you accept a settlement, you typically can't go back. Make sure you understand the full picture before you sign anything.
