Washington Motorcycle Accident Cases

Washington Motorcycle Accident Lawyer

Motorcyclists are disproportionately blamed after crashes, even when the other driver caused the collision. Frank Stucki fights back against that bias.

What motorcycle accident cases involve

Motorcycle crashes cause serious injuries at a far higher rate than car accidents. Riders have no crumple zone, no airbags, and no steel cage — and when another driver's negligence causes a crash, the consequences can be life-changing.

PNW Injury Law handles motorcycle accident claims across Washington State. Frank understands the bias riders face and knows how to build a case that counters it — from the scene documentation through trial preparation.

The approach

Countering the bias against riders

Insurance adjusters and juries sometimes start from an assumption that the motorcyclist was going too fast, weaving, or doing something risky. That assumption isn't always accurate, but it shapes how claims are handled from the first phone call. Frank prepares cases that address that bias directly.

The most common motorcycle crash scenario isn't a high-speed incident — it's a left-turn collision at an ordinary intersection. A driver turns left across a rider's path, misjudges the speed, or simply doesn't look. Frank builds the record that shows exactly what happened and who was responsible.

After a crash

What to do after a motorcycle crash

01

Call 911 and get a police report

Even if the other driver is apologetic and wants to handle it without police, a report creates an official record. That record is harder to dispute later than a verbal account.

02

Preserve your gear

Your helmet, jacket, and gloves are evidence — they show the impact point and the force involved. Don't throw them away, even if they're destroyed. Keep them.

03

Get medical attention the same day

Emergency rooms and urgent care clinics create records that establish a timeline connecting the crash to your injuries. Gaps in medical care are used by insurers to argue your injuries weren't serious.

04

Decline recorded statements

You're not required to give a recorded statement to the other driver's insurance company. Politely decline and speak with a lawyer first.
